My mother initially was hesitant for an online consultation !! But now she is so comfortable that even if am not there she regularly consults with her diabetologist and dietitians
ARH has always been unique in their approach, follow -up and telephonic communication with patients… this app helps me to very useful as we can get solutions from doctor through video conference and there is no need to panic if we are not near the hospital.
Diahome App can be downloaded from Google Playstore or Apple store. Look for the app in the listing by searching for “Diahome” and click download and install.
On the app homescreen, you can initiate the registration process by clicking on the “Create New” button. You need give your mobile number, name, date of birth, email id and primary language preference.
You can book appointments with a diabetologist, dietitian or a diabetes educator for you and/or for your family member(s) by selecting the “Book Appointments” button.
You can order home delivery of medicines by clicking on the “Order Medicine” button. Each medicine from the Doctor’s prescription will be available here for selection. You can select the medicines and quantities that you want delivered and place the order. Note: this feature is only available after the first Doctor consultation is completed.
You can order home sample collection for lab tests by clicking on the “Order Lab Test” button. The complete list of lab tests ordered by the Doctor will be available for you to place the order. Note: this feature is only available after the first Doctor consultation is completed.
